How do I determine the right size for boxing gloves?
Glove size is generally determined by your body weight and the type of training you do. For sparring, 14oz or 16oz gloves are recommended, while 10oz or 12oz are ideal for bag work. Check our detailed size guide on each product page for specific measurements.
What is your return policy for combat gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items such as mouthguards, hand wraps, and groin protectors cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Are your martial arts uniforms (Gi) pre-shrunk?
Many of our adidas Jiu-Jitsu and Judo Gis are pre-shrunk; however, we still recommend washing them in cold water and hanging them to dry to prevent any further minor shrinkage and preserve the lifespan of the fabric.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For heavy items like punching bags or grappling dummies, please allow 7-10 business days for specialized freight delivery.

How should I clean my headgear and shin guards?
We recommend wiping down your synthetic or leather gear with a damp cloth and mild soap after every session. Avoid machine washing and ensure gear is completely air-dried in a ventilated area to prevent odor buildup.
